Green Mountain Boys Garden and Landscape

Knowledgeable. Hardworking. Dependable. We are a small business (6-10 employees) from Boulder.  We've been consistently growing over the past 3 years and are eager to continue to expand. We started as a gardening and maintenance company for homeowners, specializing in weed maintenance, garden installs (specifically native pollinators), xeriscaping, and soil sciences. Our typical job ranges from routine weed maintenance/brush clearing to new construction landscape design. What we offer that our competition does not, is open communication along with gardening know-how.  We are not simply a gas-powered mow and blow company, we work in the dirt to promote short-term solutions with an eye toward long-term sustainability planning.  Our feedback has been that we bridge the gap between traditional lawn/maintenance companies and horticularists.  We have the capacity to deliver large scale installation projects, but the green thumb knowledge to promote overall growth and soil health.  In my experience, what we offer is unique, highly effective, and sought after by many homeowners.  What makes us different? Highest Level of Communication  We routinely attend board member walk-throughs to ensure performance standards, hear from the homeowners regarding their specific needs, and evaluate potential new projects Commitment to Satisfaction We are committed to being the most knowledgeable, dependable, and hardest working outfit in Colorado.   Our customer satisfaction is paramount to us.  We deliver timely proposals, laid out with specifics, so all cost is discussed and agreed upon up-front.  If we miss something, which of course happens, we fix it in a very timely manner.  You are in good hands.   Work Ethic STRENGTH, GRIT, and CARE.  While we do use power tools when needed, we are not the traditional blow and mow or spray and pray company.  We work in the dirt to eradicate weeds, tend to the soil, and care for your plants.    We refuse to spray anything other than vinegar.     Hands-On Plant Knowledge All plants are different and have differing needs.  At Green Mountain Boys, we pride ourselves on knowing how to care for each specific plant.   This goes beyond differentiating weeds from plants; we strive to gather all pertinent information regarding, sun, aspect, water, soil pH, complementary plantings, aeration, etc. Soil-Science We offer pH testings upon request to analyze the microbiome of the garden.  We will often amend with mycelium, wood ash, etc to improve the overall soil health
