FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is Cost-Plus and TOTALLY OPEN BOOK, meaning you you see all vendor, sub-contractor invoices and bills and employee time sheets for your project. Transparency and detailed clear billing is our goal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From our first meeting I will help with giving rough budgets for the intended work. From there and as the project timeline and specs are distilled down, we will move to a more detailed budget to work from. I will get estimates from the larger scope Sub-Contractors and Vendors and we will move into the Construction Contract and into construction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2 Years of college and 23 years of framing/carpentry and General Contracting. I have built several custom homes from the ground up, done many remodeling projects and additions. With carpentry projects my company Carpentry Inc has done simple deck projects through very large commercial contracts; installing the whole millwork package and interior finish carpentry at the Ralph Carr Supreme Courthouse in Denver.
