- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Below is the description for a typical process in providing an initial quote on any project. If a new client has a specific inquiry, we are available by phone, text, and email. STEP ONE: TAKE PHOTOS Please photograph your project piece(s) - Front, back, sides, & overhead angles are best; closeups on any damaged areas are even better. STEP TWO: SUBMIT PHOTOS & DETAILS You can send information on your project via email or text. Please include any relevant details regarding your piece. STEP THREE: RECEIVE A QUOTE Our specialists will review your submitted project information and reach back out with an estimate. If we need any additional details prior to providing the initial quote, we will be in touch. We look forward to working with you and helping you accomplish a refresh!
