- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Heroes tries to make their pricing as competitive as possible, while still making enough to be comfortable with our prices. The teams at Heroes are made up of trained professionals who care for the work and take the time to do it right, rather than just getting the job done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new customers is a great benefit for Heroes because it allows us to share our skills and knowledge with new individuals. Most customers reach out over the phone through our call center or online using our Lawn Legend feature. Once they are a customer, they will have their own portal where they can check balances and upcoming services they have booked. Heroes is here for the consumers and guarantees to fix any unsolved lawn care issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Michael Nichols, Owner and GM of Heroes Southeast Denver, graduated from Colorado State University. He is an ISA Certified Arborist and has worked in tree care and turf management for the past 8 years.
