- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use Xactimate, the industry standard pricing system accepted by all insurance companies. We itemize each expense from labor to materials, giving the customer a transparent and upfront understanding of the repair costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet the customer directly and take initial measurements of the roof. We will assess the damage from normal weathering to severe hail damage. We work with any and all insurance companies. Once we acquire the loss statements from your insurance company, we work with them to ensure they are covering all damage and to get your house to meet city code.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father was a roofer so I got started in roofing in the '70s. Before starting a roofing business here in Colorado in 1997, I had a roofing company in Salt Lake City for six years. My passion for roofing and years of experience have given me an expert understanding of all roofs.
