Brian is a MASTER plumber. Since moving to Denver I’ve tried several companies. Over the years, the big companies have eroded my trust. Brian has restored my faith in plumbing companies with his knowledge, transparency, and honesty. I will not go back to the larger companies and Brian has won me over as a customer for life. We are in a new build house and suddenly one of our showers was not working. 1st company quoted me an inexplicable amount of money for services they couldn’t explain. 2nd company performed some work but didn’t fix the problem. Brian fixed the problem and was the best communicator. Highly recommend Brian at Mac’s Plumbing Services. Going to post my review on all the platforms so people who need a professional can find him. 10/10.

Brian came over to assess the situation. Initially, I thought we needed to replace the toilet shut-off valve hose. However, he discovered that the issue was with the end of the hose connected to the toilet—it was missing the seal inside the fitting that attaches to the toilet. The seal was still attached to the old toilet fill valve. He didn’t charge us and was very honest in letting us know it wasn’t a major issue. I would absolutely call him again for any plumbing needs.

This was a second opinion. The first plumber gave me a price of over $500 to repair a leak in shower filter. Brian with Max checked shower, determined no filter needed at this time. 0 cost. He did install new shower heads for $75. I now have an honest plumber, with no estimate to diagnose problem. My go to company. Thanks Brian and Max Plumbing.
