- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are designed for clients to experience exponential value from my services. I do offer service-member, US Armed Forces veteran and first responder discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know my client through phone interviews, a digital intake form and through seamless client relationship management practices. I always aim to get to know my client because my passion is designing unique brands and experiences centered around each client and their target market.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master Degree and years of specialized instruction, self study in my craft and professional experience on the job over 5 years.
