Trichon managed my rental property which she eventually help me sell. Trichon did a wonderful job in getting the property in great shape. All the reno work was managed by Trichon since I was offsite and it was at very affordable cost. End result was the property was in fantastic condition and we got full price offer the same day. I highly recommend Trichon.

Our rates are very competitive. We do not up-charge for repairs, no charge for lease renewals and there is no up-front cost to get started. We don’t get paid until you get paid!
