FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer select packages for my clients depending on the type of session. Each package typically includes our session time together, a select number of digital images with print release, and a print credit to apply toward my professional print offerings. Specific prices and packages can be viewed on my website under the "Investment" page. I chose this method of pricing to make high quality photos more accessible to people and to offer clients more options to display their beautiful art afterwards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to hear what types of poses or style you are looking for during your session. I want you to love your photos so I try to tailor each session specifically for each client. I am always available via text or email with any questions. After the session is booked and secured with a deposit, we will chat about preferences so I am ready for your upcoming session. I deliver all galleries via an online viewing service where you can view photos on your computer or phone, mark favorites, and make final payments based on your chosen a-la-carte offerings. All photos are high resolution and are downloaded with full rights released. And you get to choose which photos you want no matter the package.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an awared winning member of the National Association of Professional Child Photographers (NAPCP) and member of the Photography Association. Both are prestigious organizations that recognize honestly, artistry, and professionalism and I'm honored to have my work accepted into their membership. I have trained with nationally recognized newborn photographer, Keri Meyers, and am a certified professional newborn photographer and also a member of NewbornPhotography.com. I have done lots of personal study both behind the camera with educational books and taken one-on-one courses with seasoned photographers and photography workshops to better my skills. I also just like listening to different client ideas and trying new things so I love when clients bring new ideas that help me grow as a photographer.
