FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is all inclusive, there are no hidden fees or extras that you thought you were getting but end up having to pay more for. You get my full deluxe booth including, custom logo and print design, true unlimited prints, 32" monitor showing a slideshow, professional attendant, online gallery and great props for every job even when you get a discounted price you get the same quality booth rental. The only additional costs would be for a memory album or an outside rental may require a generator or a 10x10 tent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We will typically have a phone appointment to discuss the customer's event. We will discuss start times, how many guests and how many hours of photo booth time they would like. This will determine the final price. 2. Once we decide on the rental price the customer will fill out the reservation form on my website. I then send an email with the $100.00 deposit invoice to secure the booking. 3. After the deposit invoice we work on the print layout. I will send samples of the print layout for approval, we can go back and forth until the customer is happy with the final print layout. 4. Then we are set until I show up at their event about 1 1/2 hours ahead of time to setup. The final payment is due by the date of service. 5. A few days after the event I will email the customer with the link to their online gallery so they can view and download all their photos.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My daughter wanted a photo booth for her wedding and the quotes were $700-$900.00 for 3 or 4 hours. I felt there had to be a way to provide a great photo booth at an affordable price. So I combined my love for technology and photography and built my first photo booth. I wanted fun multimedia experience so I added a 22" touch screen monitor for those in the booth and a larger 32" TV showing a slide show to the rest of the room. I wanted adults and small children to look good in the photos so I added a motorized tilt control to my booth to frame everyone tall or small perfectly in the picture. I wanted everyone to be able to afford a photo booth, so my pricing is closer to $150.00 per hour rather than $200.00-$300.00 per hour. The response from customers has been amazing, I now have 3 photo booths and this is my full time job. I love helping people capture amazing memories on their special day.
