I start by booking after a deposit, which counts towards the total and it's non-refundable if there is a cancellation. I ask about skin type, allergies and a picture reference of the desired look to ensure clarity, then, I create a customized plan or look based on their desired outcome. During the session, I ensure open communication and make adjustments as needed to achieve their vision. Afterward, I provide any necessary aftercare instructions or recommendations. It's all about making the customer feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. My main goal is to keep my clients satisfied at all times!
