Mr Franks took the time to learn the Schlage Smart Lock rekey instructions, did not just start taking things anpart, and made sure not to cause problems with the programming with the alarm system. He did a great job. He also communicated when he couldn’t be to the job at the agreed time, I appreciated the honesty and call.
