Oh boy, I do not even know where to start. A 3 week project turned into nearly a 2 and a half month ordeal. Concrete is not level or even, steps are warped and misshapen, stamping is crooked, the firepit doesn't put out more than a 1in flame, the firepit and benching are unleveled and was supposed the be a ROUNDED seating area at 25sq ft (it's 16 at best). Tried charging me EXTRA for a pergola that was 6ft smaller than initially quoted, asked for money throughout the project despite his contract clearly stating 20% down and 80% upon completion (even left my jobsite for a week to take on another project when he demanded 30% of the project on a Sunday night to be paid Monday morning without warning or agreement). There was trash and cigarette butts left everywhere, destroyed part of my backyard and front yard (drove a bobcat over the front yard without laying any protection down so I have tire ruts everywhere). This was a disastrous experience. I think simple projects may be ok, but this was definitely outside of his wheelhouse.
