Don’t recommend at all. These are pictures of a “brand new sod yard” When they first came by, I had a lot of hope and felt very strong about our choice to go with them. They do a very good job of being professional upfront and pulling you in to form that relationship quickly. I gave them a very firm price range that I did not want to go over to the point when they sent me the first quote and it was about $700 over I told him I was not comfortable with it. All of which I have in writing. We got the price down and even did a ton of labor on our own to bring down that price even more so we were comfortable with it. As the project started, there was decisions that were made on Truevine‘s behalf without a change order or without running any kind of decisions by us the owners. They state it was agreed upon but it wasn’t, they have no proof of it. They just went ahead and did most of it or told us they needed to do it, but did not give us a change order or associate any cost with it, but rather told us it actually would not cost us anything. I’ve been fighting now for months to the point of having to get my own attorney because not only did they double the cost of our quote without a change order or signature. But the condition of our lawn is terrible. The owner said the last time he saw it looked great, which was a day after he laid it, but this is now months later. We have had more than five professional licensed companies come out to look at it to make sure it is nothing we are doing wrong, and all of them have written reports to us stating the sod was not laid properly. The soil was not treated properly, and that they will not touch it because they don’t want their name tied to the damage done here. In addition to all that there was damage done to personal property as well as neighbors personal property and it was ignored denied and undermined. I do not recommend this company as you will be left with a mess like this unfortunately.

Edison is amazing! He evaluated our trees and pointed out all the spots where pruning was needed. He and his partner are a great team. They were in and out quickly and incredibly nice. They really enjoy what they do. A+ job.
