J is a nice guy, but I think he took on more than he could chew with our project. In the end he never did any touch ups or a walk through before rushing out to catch a flight. He was paid in full despite the fact that the job took double-triple the time he originally indicated on the contract he drafted. He was originally the highest bid, but he agreed to reduce the price and adjust the scope of work based on a quote from another company that was provided to him, along with photos of additional items to be included before any work had started. He asked for a little more than the competitors quote, which we agreed to(and paid). He said he could start right away and finish up in time for a carpet install about 10-11 days from when he started. In exchange for more than the competitor quote, the work went from an estimated 3-4 days (with help) to 11-12 days by himself. Toward the end he got sloppy clearly tying to finish up to catch a flight. The bummer is the paint on the brand new carpet—which was the whole point of going with J—so the painting would be done before the new carpet was put in. Now I have trim paint on the brand new carpet on top of touch ups to clean up this messy job. Today we noticed that the doorknob for the bathroom is on my son’s room, so I’ll add that to the list of things I need to fix before he locks us out. Again, nice enough guy who could probably do a great job on a smaller project. But I can’t help but feel a little miffed that he bailed after doing a crappy job by himself but charged us more than a professional company quoted us to do the same job with a team. An expensive lesson learned on my part.

this is completely all lies I hate when people try to damage my reputation because they don't know how to set up a project you don't have 40 other contractors in your house while you have a painter in there all the other contractor damaged everything that I had already done why would you have a moving company come in after you send in the painting company that makes no sense so if there was such that they need to be done and they were not because of me they were because of you and your other contractors and your pet hair and your kids and all the stuff you have going on at your house I do sincerely feel bad for not being able to get the job done in time but once again you can't have many contractors in one home at the same time and expect a lot of results also you guys locked me out Frontier we wish it was the day before I got done and that threw me back a day then I had to wait on your carpet guys then I had to wait on your moving guys so I think that if there were touch up that need to be done you guys can handle it thank you for the review anyways have a good day

As far as pricing, it varies depending on the type of work , the square footage of the property or the size/ complexity of the job but pricing will always be fair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for meeting a new client usually consists of a meet and greet, a walk through of the job site property, and within the day I can do my research and give an accurate quote
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started doing maintenance and painting work at a young age. Also as a make ready specialist for multiple property groups the past 5 years. I am also currently furthering my education on the I.T./ administration side of the business to help my wife and I continue to improve company management.
