- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers can visit our website or call us for an easy, free quote! Our pricing is based on number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, what kind of service needed, and any extras they would like to add. Receive a quote in less than a minute rather than scheduling a time for someone to visit your home, give you a quote, then schedule another time for the actual cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We aim to provide a pleasant, professional experience in all of our interactions. New customers will receive some sort of discount, depending on what our current offers are. We will ask the customer for details about their home (i.e. number of bedrooms/bathrooms, square footage, any extras they would like to include) to provide them a fast, free quote. We communicate with our customers through text and email, providing emails leading up to, during, and after their cleaning. A text is sent when our cleaner is on the way, has arrived for their appointment, and when they have completed the job. The customer is able to leave notes for the cleaner, as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After struggling with finding a reliable, affordable cleaner for our own home, we knew there had a to be a better solution. Instead of scheduling a cleaner to come to your house to give a quote (that may or may not be in your budget), we are able to quote and book online! This allows our clients to know what kind of service to expect, how much it will cost, and schedule a date that works best for them.
