- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The reason why are price is the way it is, is because we are competitive with our competitors and we do a dam good job at that, making sure the finish product is what the customer is looking for and if they are not we will do everything it take to make sure is up to our company standards. Doing the job right for first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process we have with a new customer is simple, walk customers through the installation, address any issues that may arise, and show them what a finish product may look like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With time you achieve anything you put your mind to. The train I received was working for a company called in focus system in Edina Minnesota, which I learned how to mount tv, prewire new construction, whole home audio, home theaters and installing security cameras.
