We used Wilian from Silva’s for floor replacement and baseboard replacement in an area that had a flood. After collecting 4 different quotes Silva’s was the most detail oriented and very reasonably priced. They were available next day to work and did a quality job very quickly. Will most definitely use Silva’s next time we need a flooring job completed and would be happy to refer them to friends and family! Thanks so much!

We had an amazing experience working with Wilian and his team at Silva's! This is one of those rare occasions where it was actually difficult to select only three of the options for where they excelled. From top to bottom they rank a perfect five stars on all the measurements I can think of: they communicated well, were extremely punctual, were masters of their craft, were flexible, did a high quality job on not only our core request, but some other side projects as well, and did all that at a very fair price! We were also delighted that they were willing to come up to Frisco to do the job at our cabin. If any of you are up in summit county you know how hard it is to find available and good quality work at fair prices. To top it all off, they were extremely kind AND tidy: actually carried out all the trash that was created as a result of tearing up the old carpets and putting in the new flooring. We were shocked in a good way! I would recommend them to anyone and we will be using them again.

The Silva family were fast and professional. They picked up the materials, moved furniture in the room, and bagged their garbage taking it with them. They walked me through the job, put down perfect flooring of board cuts and lining of boards, replaced our same trim for the bedroom and closet. The total job took less than 4 hrs with very competitive price! I secured this company on a Friday, shopped online at Home Depot on Friday, they picked up the materials on Friday and completed the job 2 days later on a Sunday. Home Depot Pergo Outlast Vintage Pewter Oak - beautiful!!!! Goodbye carpet - hello awesome flooring, don’t hesitate. Thanks guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
