I had an emergency need during the Broncos playoff game and was very worried I wouldn't find anyone who wanted my job. Mark responded right away and worked hard to figure out which of my alarms, which are 2 stories high, was causing the trouble. Then updated the batteries in all of the alarms so I wouldn't be experiencing any problems. He's a champ!
