- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I value transparency and open communication because I believe that provides the best experience for everyone involved. I set my prices based on how long I believe work will take me, how labor intensive the task is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask questions about the scope of work, expectations, and budget. This helps me to tailor my services to each individual client to make sure that all their needs are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working originally in flooring with my uncle at 14, and soon after that I began working with my dad for his renovation company, Ridge Remodeling, where I stayed for almost 10 years. Recently, I took a construction skills bootcamp course at BuildStrong Academy so that I could have a certification relating to my skills.
