He called me to make sure I was at home. He walked through the house with me. He pulled the truck up to the alley. They started in the basement. Then they started upstairs. His helpers were very focused, and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to declutter. They donate your items to people and charities that can use it.

Really horrible experience. Used Thumbtack auto schedule for a 5 pm appt but person couldn’t be on time because their EV died. Then it was really difficult to get an answer whether they were coming or not. Finally showed up after 7 pm but didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Had to be told multiple times where the backflow preventer was even though it is a small house. I finally decided to just pay the service call fee and send them on their way after 8pm. Then, after my evening being disrupted, I didn’t get around to sending payment until the next morning. I woke up to a threat to file a police report and that the person had recorded me.

James is not a friendly person at all. He is very entitled and a huge ego. I kept in contact with him the whole time. He was very unthankful that I had to spend my own money to drive way out to his property just to check out is terrible sprinkler system. He had a tenant with a huge pit bull and the backflow was fenced the pit bull dog pin and looked locked. I looked everywhere but that very strange area where it was hidden and covered. He was one of the worse customers I have ever had. He never sent me on my way. He came to the house when I had just finished working hard to figure out the insane issues with his system. When he arrives his energy was full of negative egotistical weirdness. Then he started acting wierd and said the last guy he hired screwed up the system and he's gona make him fix it. He promised to send me a service payment but never did. I wasted my time and EV power and he didn't care to pay me or contact me until the next day. Insane!
