We offer the following discounts Military(25%) Seniors (25%) repeat customers (20%), We also charge a $50 service call fee
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set an appointment, upon arrival we will access the garge and have the customer describe what the problem is we will diagnose the problem, inform the customer what needs to be repaired/ replaced and the total cost of the repair get a authorization signature and 50%deposit and began repair same day
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Company technicians receive 40 hour's of class room training and 90 days of field training.
