Our garage door broke and we tried all the regular ways to fix it. I didn't find out about it until after work, so it was well into the evening when I messaged Kevlar Garage Services asking for help. I got an immediate response and phone call from the owner. He explained what the likely issue was, how to fix it and provided me with a likely estimate. The best part was he was able to come take a look at it and perform repairs the next morning. And he did! He was punctual, kind, thoughtful about how he entered the house to make the garage door repairs and did an amazing job explaining what had happened, the mechanics behind the issue, how he'd fix it and how long it would take. He fixed it so quickly and then did a safety check of the whole door; tightening bolts, oiling things and even adding nuts to bolts that had lost theirs. He performed that check free of charge. Talk about a great value! He even found a way to make our garage door safer, last longer and open and close MUCH quieter. It was one of the best interactions I've had with someone fixing something in my house. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done quickly, professionally and doesn't want to break the bank. Thank you Kevin!
