Don’t use this company. My air conditioner wasn’t working, they finally sent a tech out after cancelling multiple times, he told me my AC looks perfect and charged me $140 without fixing anything. So I’m left still with a broken AC unit and out $140 because they refuse to refund my money even tho they did nothing.

Hi Alyssa, As we discussed earlier, we only cancelled one appointment, and it was due to the Tornado and large hail that hit the Denver Metro area last Thursday. Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience, but the safety or our staff is very important to us. Our Tech did come out today and and worked for an hour to tune up and diagnose your unit. You had stated the unit was tripping and causing it to turn off. All of our diagnostics showed the unit itself was working properly and it did not trip while we he was there. You paid for the services that were performed as agreed upon when scheduling. As mentioned to you earlier, since the unit is working properly and the issue you are having is with it tripping, you may have an electrical problem. We also gave you the option for the owner of our company to come back out, free of charge to take a second look, and you declined that service. We deeply apologize that you are unhappy with our services, but we did perform the work requested and made every attempt to try and resolve your issue. We hope you can find the source of your issue and wish you nothing but the best!

I installed a new wall air conditioning unit. Once installed, I was informed that I needed a conversion to make the unit work. I consulted a couple of companies and received various quotes. I settled with Custom Heating, Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electrical Services, LLC.
