UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: As it turns out, Jimmy was caught in Tropical Storm Hilary in Southern California and was missing his cell phone. That is the reason for the no show and no reply. He never even knew about the appointment I had made for last Saturday. Once he was made aware, Jimmy contacted me immediately, explained the situation, and made arrangements for another electrician to come out to the house within the hour. He even dropped me a pin to let me know he was actually where he said he was. I appreciate his honesty and desire to get the job done in the best way he could under the circumstances. I will be happy to contact him again for other electrical needs.

Jim was great offering me valuable input during installation as well as saving me time and money by working efficiently and intelligently during installation of a new overhead light and a new dimmer for that switch. He also was very flexible as he arrived Saturday as scheduled in order to provide an estimate which he followed by the immediate installation. I appreciated him doing so as it saved me time that I could instead spend with family next week rather than planning an entire day around installation during a very hectic and already overbooked Thanksgiving holiday week. His estimate was correct and matched exactly his quote. The flexibility and professionalism demonstrated will lead me back to Jim for any and all electrical work needed at my home. So happy I found Jim, I have multiple quotes from Electrician to install lights, ceiling fan and outlet in our patio and only Jim shows unique technique on how to run wire without using an ugly conduit outside the house.
