- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give the fairest price possible. I never mark up material cost, and I provide receipts. I will not accept payment until the job is completed, and I know my customer is HAPPY!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet my customer, play with the pets, my customer shows me what they want, get materials if needed, GIT R DONE, have my customer try out lights, fans, outlets ect..make sure my customer is HAPPY above all else🙂
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5+ years in the Electrical Industry. Currently attending IECRM(Independent Electrical Contractors-Rocky Mountain) trade school. Registered with DORA.
