P.C.Rich called ahead and actually got here earlier than expected, which worked out great for me. He wasted no time getting to the job, which was to determine if I had compromised my computer and let me know if I had to get a new one. He discovered a 30 day free trial for security software and got that loaded for me. He ran some security checks and answered all the questions I could think of--including how to fix an annoying feature on my phone! He realized that my computer was running very slow because almost all my storage was used up. So even though he made sure my computer was OK, he also recommended that I get a new one due to the storage issue. Then he proceeded to give me a bunch of things to look for in a new computer!! He waited patiently for me to write it all down and still finished within an hour!! Amazing! I would certainly use Rich again and I recommend him highly.

Dell Optiplex 7070....power and booting issues....I ran diagnostics and decided I have a bad motherboard. Before sending it back for insurance covered repair I wanted a second opinion. Rich came on time per our set appointment and straight to work after a discussion of what I had done. He confirmed my suspicion of a bad motherboard. Now when I send it back I know what they should be doing to fix it...I will mark existing internal parts to verify when the unit is returned.
