PCs are like cars: if you take care of them, they'll take care of you. I've been building and upgrading PCs for myself since 2019 and have found a real passion for putting the right parts together for the most optimal performance! I love doing the research and finding creative solutions to common problems found in custom builds like power consumption, performance, parts compatibility, spacing, cable management, airflow, overclocking, cleaning, etc. If it's a desktop computer, I can build it or help make it better!

PC Rich is a professional in the 1st degree. He takes mega pride in his craft computer repair. PC Rich is all business and his main goal is satisfaction for the customer. PC Rich diagnosed to my computer and repaired it to perfection being the perfectionist that he is in his craft. My computer needed a new drive and a thorough cleaning because it was heavily packed with dust. PC Rich removed the infected drive put a new one in and gave my computer a 100% performance test to see if there were any bugs or possible glitches in it. Rich has been great to work with. He immediately responded when I connected with him on the app, diagnosed an issue I was having and provided reasonable solutions. I’d been looking for an upgrade and rather than make the repairs, I asked Rich if he would build a new rig for me. Rich provided some great recommendations, picked up the parts and had the new system to me in a week! Runs beautifully and Rich tested everything prior to hand off to ensure all was up to date and running well. I had a great experience working with Rich and will do so again!
