- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bring great value at an affordable price. If your issue cannot be fixed with the scope initially set, we will just ask for a nominal diagnostic fee! We will send you a new quote with a new scope for further work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our technician will send you an invite to TeamViewer. The communication part is 100% up to you. We can video chat, voice chat, or just type in the provided text chat through Teamviewer. We want you as comfortable as possible during your service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and Microsoft Office Specialist certifications. 15+ years of IT services and repair experience. A broad range of knowledge ranges from computer repair, networking, AD, M365, hardware, software, peripherals, and e-commerce.
