Rex did a great job resolving a tricky problem with Apple new Sequoia OS. It required a complete erasing of the HD and installation of a different OS version. While this took time, Rex and I reconnected each time a step was completed. Maximum efficiency and not having to charge hours for waiting. Great experience and again excellent recommendations from thumbtack.
