I would give Gerardo a TEN-STAR rating if that were possible! I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, effective communication, prompt response time, attention to detail, and desire to find the BEST solution. He showed up on time and was a pleasure to do business with. One Nation Heating & Air replaced my mother's furnace, which was over 30 years old and was failing and making a terrible noise while the blower was activated. After discovering that two toilets and showers were backing up, “One Nation Heat/plumbing” was at my house working on the issue in about 2 hours. Had it fixed in another two hours, which involved going under my house in fairly inhospitable conditions. He double checked that the problem was resolved and we tried overwhelming the pipes with water just to make sure we couldn’t cause it to happen again, but everything works great. I’d use this company again for plumbing and may give them a call for boiler work too.

I needed an AC check up and repair for my townhome. Decided to give thumbtack a shot and Gerardo was very quick to respond to my needs. Communication was very easy with him and that goes a long way to make things easy overall. He was always responsive, made sure that our unit was working, made recommendations to improve, and after his work we finally got a cooler air on upstairs. His price is very reasonable and he always makes sure to update if he finds anything that I should know. I highly recommend him for anyone needing some help with the ac or hvac!
