We had a great experience with Dr HVAC. came same day (at night!) and fixed everything up. We had a frozen coil and clog and he fixed it quickly and we got everything cleaned and tuned for the rest of the summer

Responsive to call furnace was locked out and holding between 49-51. Same day service appreciated and I also requested duct and vent clean out to eliminate variable of blocked air flow, as cause of HVAC issue. All duct and vent clean out work was done thoroughly and the photos provided were appreciated. Furnace diagnosis punch list was unclear. HVAC seemed resolved however, issue continued, and my senior associates’ HVAC found it to be dirty flame sensor the next 1-2 days into additional troubleshooting. Polite, professional and responsive.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I do, I actually have a class coming up on Saturday August 30th 9am-5pm
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I knew I wanted to learn this trade, so I turned down any and all job offers for almost a year, to get my foot in the door with the correct company that would not just train me, but would send me to school for four years and graduate with honors. I worked for only this company for almost 10 years then decided to start my own!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Installation, furnace and Air Conditiners, as well as service.
