Cleaning services can range from basic cleaning to deep cleaning, specialized services (e.g., carpet cleaning, window cleaning), and frequency of visits (one-time, weekly, monthly). Remember that the pricing can vary depending on factors such as location, the size of the property, the level of cleanliness required, and the range of services offered. We charge flat-rate packages based on the size of the property or specific services requested. We offer customizable service packages to meet your specific needs and budget. Customization may include adjusting the frequency of visits, focusing on certain areas of the property, or excluding certain services. Additional costs may apply, such as extra fees for handling special cleaning tasks, using eco-friendly products, or servicing larger properties. Discounts and promotions are offered for new customers, referrals, recurring bookings, and bundled services. ***We are Insured and Bonded*** CANCELLATION POLICY: we strive to provide exceptional service and maintain reliable scheduling for all our clients. In order to ensure the efficiency of our operations and to respect the time of both our clients and our cleaning professionals, we have implemented the following late cancellation policy: A late cancellation is defined as any cancellation made by the client on the scheduled day of cleaning, with less than 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time. Clients who cancel their cleaning appointment on the scheduled day, and do so with less than 24 hours' notice, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the quoted price for the scheduled cleaning service. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY. We are a reputable cleaning company that is willing to address any concerns or issues with their services to ensure customer satisfaction. Our team will address concerns or overlooked areas at no extra charge within 24 hours of completing the original cleaning. Requests beyond this timeframe may incur an additional charge for subsequent services. We encourage all clients to promptly inspect and communicate concerns within 24 hours for seamless resolutions.
