They were able to identify the source of the kitchen leak, least invasive approach, time needed and identified several other “hot spots” in the drain line leading into the basement. They installed new drywall, textured the wall and ceiling. The entire drain from the kitchen had to replaced which could only be accessed from the outside of the house- quite a feat, and they restored the exiting siding leaving only a thin white caulk line. The additional work and cost was agreed documented using change order, an added existing contract- professional! Very happy customer!
