- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pre-event communication, whether that be over text, email, call, or in person- to establish a common view of expectations for event/service. At this time I would assure both myself and client are confident and informed of all aspects from vibe/attire/menu to compensation/scheduling/ect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years experience varying from high volume to fine dining and even a high end cigar lounge! have started a private bar company with transportable full bar set up- all events I contracted and planned myself. have also completed a bar above's master mixology courses and professional level 'bar smarts' courses. throughout my years in the hospitality industry have been fortunate enough to attend many specialized and select liquor presentations from many high end liquor representatives.

since I could work I've worked in the service industry consistantly.
