They have a policy that they charge you to come out if you don't use them then you owe them the money I hired them wanted to use them they were unable to fix the appliance they charge me $265 which I've had to try to chase them down about and now they only returned $165 they do not know how torepair Samsung refrigerators or appliances and should not have that on as something that there capable and able to do. Your technician was a sweetheart and tried his hardest to do everything to fix it even came out a second time but was unable to then asked if I wanted to spend another hundred and some dollars for another part and I declined been talking to management and wanted to get my money back only to find out that they only gave me the 165 I just feel like as absolutely crazy and honorable business will give you your money back because they weren't able to follow through on what they said they could do

Arrived on time, went right to work replaced the part and reassembled the dryer! Only thing he didn’t do was to give me an estimate of fees for the repair prior to fixing it ! Was surprised by the charged amount ! But it was done soooo!

I will never endorse these people. There’s no communication between the technician , the company and the customer! My washer was leaking and they glued my light and charge me $285!! Told me to wait 3 to 4 days to use my washer I waited five days and it was still leaking called them back ! They ordered the part for my washer and it was the wrong part and then ordered the the party again and they ordered the wrong part again and tore it all apart again and left it since it was the second wrong part here, the tech Ivan said they would give me a full refund since they could not fix it ! I have called for my money back several times and I still have yet to geta refund of $285. The tech Ivan said I would get one!! Every time I’ve called to get a refund. I get a completely different answer. The last one was they were going to send me some thing on Google to request a refund and I have never received it! Don’t ever use this company. They’re horrible ! My washer was just leaking. I still could use it!! And I had to go buy a new washer which cost me a thousand . The pictures say it all Theresa Pfeifer
