Jaime immediately replied to my request to replace my Samsung ice maker. The part needed to be ordered and he scheduled the replacement the day it came in, two days before Christmas. I'm very pleased with the tech's knowledge. He inspected of my fridge to troubleshoot my concerns. He was able to make the necessary repairs in a timely manner and at a reasonable costs. He even swept behind my fridge! :)

Jaime did a great job od explaining what was wrong with the washing machine, and what it would take to fix it, although I didn't have the machine repaired and decided to buy a new one ( the old machine is 10 years old ) Jaime was very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone
