I'm very pleased with the tech's knowledge. He inspected of my fridge to troubleshoot my concerns. He was able to make the necessary repairs in a timely manner and at a reasonable costs. He even swept behind my fridge! :)

Jaime did a great job od explaining what was wrong with the washing machine, and what it would take to fix it, although I didn't have the machine repaired and decided to buy a new one ( the old machine is 10 years old ) Jaime was very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone

Jaime answered our call. He arrived well before the service window, was friendly, helpful, and forthright about what needed to be done. I ended up not wanting to proceed with the repair, not because of any shortcomings on his part but opting instead to get a better model appliance. He even took the time to counsel me on what models I might look at for another purchase. When he left, I thought, “Man, I’m definitely gonna call him again.” I highly recommend New Age and Jaime and will be calling again for sure.
