Very good service. Only charged me the service call price since the issue was minor. He took over an hour to complete the job but still only charged me the service call price. Alexis was the tech - very good at what he does!

The technician was punctual for his appointment and made a research of what was wrong with my appliance. There were pieces to be changed and the company kept me informed with the price of service, the pieces of reposition, and when they would be available to install. I like the way the company keeps the communication with the customers and I am sure that the service will be accomplished as contracted.
