- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service call fee is $65 ($90 for stackable washer/dryer units). It will be waived if you hire me to do the repairs. I offer 10% discount to senior and veterans for labour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contact with a customer we arrange an appointment for diagnostic. We provide the customer with quote. If the customer accepts it we will proceed with the repairs. If any parts are required we will take deposit for the parts.
