My fridge was broken, it was assessed and he honestly told me it wasn’t worth repairing (rather than ordering expensive parts and charging labor). Am now looking for a replacement!

Without question the most reputable and professional repair service I’ve ever hired. The repairman Ilia was awesome. They found the part for less than the original quote and lowered my cost - they could have easily not done that. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Professionalism on all levels, went above and beyond to fix my old dryer and did amazing work. I’m referring them to anyone in need of appliance repairs.

My refrigerator temperature started to rise and I was going on vacation in 2 days. Found on NextDoor with high reviews. Able to get a service call for estimate next day. Responsive; great communication by text, phone and through ND messaging; arrived on time; diagnosed and fixed the issue which I did not expect in same visit; courteous, clean, efficient service and affordable price. Would highly recommend and did recommend to my sister for dishwasher issue. Picture shows the issue.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but since Thumbtack keep sending me requests for a review; here is what I think. The web site said it would cost $85.00 to come out, I got an email saying it was $135.00. When the man arrived , he was very nice, but we had a communication problem. His English was very broken up and his accent wasn’t Spanish or I would have gotten my neighbor to translate. I had ask that they fix or replace my thermostat because it was getting too cold even though it was as high as I could get it without shutting it off: he didn’t touch it. He cleaned the vents and said it was fine. He left and the temperature went down to below 20 degrees. I reset the dial where I had it, It still goes down to 25 before shutting off. I’m putting in a new thermometer myself. I called them because I’m 77 and having trouble twisting. Thought the repair man was very nice I felt cheated because of the price gouging and the fact the didn’t do what I had ask.
