Chef Pepe was such a professional and creative chef and went beyond our expectations. We also appreciated that he didnt take short cuts but made each appetizer, soup, entree and dessert from scratch which believe it or not some chefs dont totally do. I'd highly recommend him and we'll certainly be using him again for our next trip to Aspen.

I had a chance to have Eclectic Aspen Chef work in a few events I organized before, and must say that besides the great quality of food and great work ethics. Chef Joseph Aparicio is awesome to work with, always in a great mood and open to new ideas.
Can not go wrong with this Chef!!!

I think the most amazing thing Mr. Aparicio provided was delicious perfectly balanced food that wasn’t too heavy but at the same time very satisfying. I had some special requests and he adjusted his menu with no problem and cheerfully made it a point to make me happy. He knows what he’s doing but he also knows how to listen and incorporate what I want into a meal. He’s very hard-working and very responsible but also very personable and I can’t think of a better experience I’ve had with a chef.

We have been using Joseph for almost two years now and have been very pleased with his work. He always is innovative with his ingredients and style of cooking. He caters to dietary needs as requested and always does a wonderful job.

I have hired Chef Joseph to work with me on several catering jobs for parties both large and midsize. I have also hired him to handle private chef jobs when I myself have been booked. Chef Joseph is a fantastic chef, extremely talented, and friendly, professional comma as well as creative. He is one of the few chef I trust to send out to my valued clients.
