At first, I was very hesitant to ship my cherished memories across the country. I was actually dead set against it. However, Chip took plenty of time out of his day to explain to me the safest way to ship the tapes, and how I could even split up the shipping to avoid a catastrophic total loss. He took the time to answer all of my questions and address my worries, and told me even if I choose to go with another expert, he'd be there to answer any questions that might arise. In the end, I chose to hire Chip, and I am very glad that I did! I even trusted him enough to send over two hard drives from old computers I needed digitized which were not part of my original order. I was very impressed with the work Chip did. He transferred more than 20 VHS-C tapes to USB flash drive. Chip was extremely communicative throughout the [short] video transfer process, constantly giving updates on the work, and even sent me a preview of his work before he shipped the items back. All my old VHS-C tapes can now be easily accessed and played on my desktop computer. My family is currently growing, and I really wanted the memories of my late mother to not get lost to time. Chip, a father himself, also went above and beyond -- he was instrumental in helping me with new "daddy" worries and apprehensions. If you want to deal with a true professional with great pricing and an overall awesome dude, I suggest you look no further for all your digital transfer needs. Hire Chip!

Chip was very nice and was able to get everything done faster than I could’ve hoped. He put all of our home videos on a thumb drive and even gave us a download link so that we could watch them early before they arrived in the mail. Not only was his turnaround time fast, he also responded to all of my messages very quickly!

Chip did an amazing job transferring our family’s old 8mm videos and a vhs tape to a digital format. He is very responsive and professional, and that put me at ease mailing the videos out. He made the process very easy to send him the videos. He even had them uploaded to a website so they could be downloaded easily. Our family is enjoying watching the old movies.
