Chip responded very quickly, was very pleasant to deal with, and his work was top notch. He transferred my 25 year old wedding VHS and numerous 8 mm tapes to USB drive. I will work with him again if I need digital services in the future.

Chip was very nice and was able to get everything done faster than I could’ve hoped. He put all of our home videos on a thumb drive and even gave us a download link so that we could watch them early before they arrived in the mail. Not only was his turnaround time fast, he also responded to all of my messages very quickly!

Chip did an amazing job transferring our family’s old 8mm videos and a vhs tape to a digital format. He is very responsive and professional, and that put me at ease mailing the videos out. He made the process very easy to send him the videos. He even had them uploaded to a website so they could be downloaded easily. Our family is enjoying watching the old movies. Everything was mailed back to me quickly after he finished. Thank you so much! The videos came out great!

My experience could not have been better. Chip called me immediately after I put in a thumbtack request and communicated proactively throughout the process. The result was done quickly with high quality at a very reasonable price. I couldn’t recommend the individual more and I can’t imagine working with anyone else if I had additional transfers
