After reviewing the scope of work and discussing expectations, Dan quickly coordinated a team to frame and pour the new concrete patio—much faster than we anticipated. We requested a few minor cosmetic changes after the framing had begun. Dan and his team were accommodating and, after a brief discussion to confirm feasibility, made the adjustments. The result turned out extremely well. After a five-day curing period, Dan’s team returned to remove the tarp and framing and put the final touches on the patio. The final step was a comprehensive site clean-up, which included removing a small tree that had been cleared during the project, along with any other debris. They left the site looking better than they found it. Gator wasn’t the cheapest quote I received, but their thorough preparation, attention to detail during curing, and post-project clean-up made the higher cost well worth it. The professionalism and experience of Dan and his team stood out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Gator for future projects."See more

If you dont read any further, we would use Truth Design Build again and highly recommend them.The details: This review is being written 4 months after completion of a complete remodel of a 100+ yr old family home in the historic district of Congress Park. The home needed significant repair inside and out. The scope of the project included a rear addition. Construction of the project was completed on time with the exception of things outside of TDBs control (weather, shipping delays). The final cost of the project was completed within budget, shocking these days. Josh, Justin, and the TDB team were professional and accountable. When issues came up (and they will come up), TDB was reasonable, accommodating, and fair in navigating these issues. Justin in particular is exceptionally skilled at on-site problem solving and does so in a way that we felt we were always put first rather than finding the most expensive fix. They have since handled several minor warranty issues in a timely manner with quality results.The contractors (in house and external) were great. The quality of the work, be it structural/infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) or cosmetic/finishes is top notch. We have several engineering friends and family who have commented on the quality as well. Our project had numerous non-standard requests (reusing doors, repurposing items, matching historic trim, etc.) which TDB absolutely knocked out of the park. Overall, we couldnt be happier with TDB and will absolutely consider them for future projects."See more
