I wanted to get my two hot water heaters flushed before leaving town at the end of the week. When I posted my request on Thumbtack I expected to be scheduling the job for after my return. Within a few minutes of my posting I received a response from Bradley Plumbing Systems. After a few message exchanges, the work was scheduled for the next day at a time that was convenient for me. The Bradley technician arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) and had both tanks flushed in less than an hour. During the flushing of the tanks, the technician checked them over, including testing their pressure relief valves. At the time they seemed to work fine. Unfortunately, we found that one of them was leaking the next morning. I sent a message that morning via Thumbtack to Bradley Plumbing Systems and that same day Bradley was at my house to fix the pressure relief valve. Only one of the two was bad, but both valves were replaced (safety first!). The same technician responded to my house for both calls. He was extremely personable, clearly knew what he was doing, and was very time efficient. The cost of the service was reasonable. I’d highly recommend this company.

We didn’t end up moving forward because our financing fell through for the home, but Bradley Plumbing was nothing but professional, communicative, and quick with all of our conversations. Never felt like we wouldn’t be able to get ahold of them. Will definitely be using Bradley if we need any plumbing in the future!!

Bradley came in quickly to help us fix our washer and dryer plumbing last week. His response was immediate via Thumbtack and cane that next morning to asses the situation. He then came early in the morning and was very accommodating in doing so. He fixed everything within a few hours with professionalism and attention to detail. There was a small leak that evening and he came back quickly the next day to patch it up. I highly recommend Bradley and his services for a quick and professional job!
