- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personal Training prices for training in your home will vary depending on amount of travel time and distance. Rates start at $125/hour for training in client's home, $75/hour to meet in my brand new private studio (only myself and client) or at an outdoor venue, and $70/hour for training via virtual platform (FaceTime/Zoom). I offer an initial complementary 30 minute consultation or virtual training session!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send a health questionnaire to be returned to me prior to our first meeting. From there we discuss the responses to the health questionnaire, goals, availability, preferences and other information with which I build an individual training and/or nutrition program. I also perform assessments to determine strength, cardiovascular fitness, muscle imbalances, and flexibility. The results from the assessments help me to incorporate corrective exercise strategies and reduce the risks of injury and overuse.
