- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only have 1 "package" When I quote a price, that covers whatever is needed to make the event memorable. I keep my prices low, for the customers who have a limited budget and my motto is "get more for less".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the customer. If the request came on Thumbtack I already know the needs, so the contact is just to find out the details of the venue location and if there are any other details that were not mentioned in the request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every event is a new learning experience. Self trained.
