I originally reached out to Chef TJ with a short notice request to cater 20 people on Valentine’s Day. Not only was he extremely responsive to my request he also helped select the perfect pairing for our dinner. He was very communicative throughout the process and up to the day of the catering. When the day arrived he setup a beautiful spread for our family. There was an abundance of food for our family. I have to say the salmon was a fan favorite! Thank you, Chef TJ for making our day so special.

Chef put together a nice spread for the event we booked with him. Showed up on time and food was ready for guests before they arrived. Made getting our event ready a breeze. Our guests gave us many compliments on Chef TJ's food. Great overall experience!
