- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please leave a good contact number for us to respond to your request. We do all major household appliance repairs, most commercials stove, and refrigerator repairs. We can do installs of the basic major house appliance for a extra charge. Inquire with the office on cost for types of installs. Our standard service trip charge is a one time flat rate of $89 ($45 for each additional appliance). There is an additional fee for travel outside our standard service area of $99. Emergency same day calls are $150. All of our commercial calls are $99. We stand behind our work with a 90 day labor warranty on all jobs for the same problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Information we typically try to get at time of booking: -Make, model, and serial numbers of product -Name, number and email for billing and future scheduling -Service address, billing address Once scheduled a technician will be dispatched out on the first available appointment. We will contact you the day before and the morning of. The service charge for any work completed will be collected at time of service. If the technician can repair on the spot an estimate will be given and the job completed. If a part that we don't have on the truck is needed, our backoffice will find and order the part. Customer will need to pay for the part before we can order it. We will schedule for part installation as soon as possible.

We are licensed, insured, and bonded. All of our technicians: Go through background checks and drug testing CFC Certified We are Factory Authorized by the following Manufacturers and Retailers: GE, LG, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Thor, Scotsman, Lowe's Some additional Brands we service are: Kenmore, Whirlpool, Bosch, Scottsman, Uline, Viking, Thermador, Sub Zero, EuroChef.
