- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is per job with an estimate. With the exception of service calls and emergency calls. Service charge which covers the 1st hour of work is $125. Continuing each additional hour is $100. Emergency charge $225 1st 30mins $185 each hour after that. Credit Card must be taken to book emergency call. This is a $50 fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st- Is understanding what that customer needs or wants and getting to know one another. It’s important to have at least a good understanding of one another before a build or project. 2nd- Is going over the job details to provide a accurate estimate and a well developed project plan. 3rd- Execute project, like to keep customer close to the build to make sure it’s going how they want.
