- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Book your free in home(or business!) quote and we will send a technician in a fully stocked truck to take a look at the situation and give you a free quote. If you like the way everything looks we will begin the work immediately, otherwise we charge you nothing for coming out. That sounds fair, doesn't it?
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started in the fall of 1998 with a computer, a very well used 1974 Chevy van, and the idea that we could provide better service than everyone else. Nicole ran the office and I worked in the field.
