Customers should know that our pricing is transparent and based on the size and scope of the job. We offer competitive rates for hauling, gravel delivery, and other services, with no hidden fees. Additional charges may apply for special materials or long-distance hauling. We also provide discounts for repeat customers or larger projects. We'll always offer a clear, upfront estimate before starting any work!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, my typical process starts with understanding their needs. I ask for details about the job, such as what needs to be hauled, delivered, or repaired. If possible, I encourage them to send photos for a more accurate quote. Then, I provide a clear, upfront estimate, including pricing and timelines. Once agreed, I schedule the job, ensure all necessary equipment is prepared, and perform the work with professionalism and attention to detail. After completion, I follow up to ensure satisfaction and offer any further assistance if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in hauling, delivery, and small vehicle transport, as well as a strong understanding of landscaping and handyman services. Over the years, I’ve gained knowledge of proper equipment handling, safety standards, and materials needed for various jobs. While I don’t have formal education in this specific field, my experience and commitment to quality work are what allow me to provide reliable, efficient, and professional service to my customers. Additionally, I stay updated on best practices and local regulations to ensure I meet all necessary standards.
